South William Street, Temple Bar and Blanchardstown – one French bistro steakhouse and two Boeuf & Frites rooms.Boeuf opened its first Dublin room on South William Street in 2017, bringing a French bistro take on steak to the Grafton Street strip. The group then built out a second, simpler concept – Boeuf & Frites, a fixed-price steak-and-chicken format with bottomless frites – first in Temple Bar and later in Blanchardstown. All three rooms use grass-fed Irish beef, but the menus differ: South William Street runs a full a la carte menu, while both Boeuf & Frites rooms keep it to one steak menu and one chicken menu. Boeuf – South William Street
The flagship – a candlelit, exposed-brick French bistro-steakhouse just off Grafton Street. Full a la carte menu with a lunch/express option from €11.95, and mains like 9oz NY striploin or 7oz fillet mignon.
Boeuf & Frites – Temple Bar
A fixed-price steak-frites room with bottomless fries and complimentary profiteroles, a short walk from the Ha’penny Bridge. 100% grass-fed Irish beef and chicken, with a dedicated coeliac/gluten-free menu.
Boeuf & Frites, Blanchardstown
The third Dublin room in the Boeuf & Frites format, at The Plaza on Blanchardstown’s Main Street. Same steak and chicken menus, chargrilled to order, with bottomless frites.
